This paper deliberately focuses on international legislation and constituent principles frameworks, and in doing so draws two main conclusions: 1. International human rights law recognises prostitution as a violation of human rights and prohibits its exploitation. 2. International Human Rights Law Clinic One of the first human rights clinics in the country, the clinic designs and implements creative solutions to fight for the human rights of individuals and marginalized communities. The first concerns international law and how relations between states are regulated in international agreements and conventions. This also include the role of international organisations, especially the United Nations. The second theme regards human rights and its legal dimension, and economic, social, and cultural rights in international law.
